Kijiji fields fill-in

Hello, I am looking for someone to design a simple program that would fill in the contact fields on kijiji ads. For example an ad like this: [login to view URL] has a field asking for email, name, phone, message... (I also want the "send me a copy of email" checkmark to NOT be checked). Preferrably the software would be an extension for Google Chrome. I should also be able to choose what information to fill in (depending on the type of ad) If you need more details, let me know. This is to work on Windows 7; Chrome.
