To create a web based raffle system where a user can purchase raffle ticket/s through paypal, neteller, or firepay with the user entering name, address, email and contact number before the payment is processed. The raffle system should ensure duplicate tickets cannot be issued and the raffle can be viewed 'live' on the net with a countdown timer to the end of the raffle. Once the raffle has ended the winning ticket holder/s would be emailed congratulations and the admin would be emailed the winning info. The system should have a easy to use web based control panel which admin can change the prizes, raffle start/end times, raffle ticket prices and be able to list the participants details. This is going to be poker related and having an awesome graphically intensive homepage will be critical. I am looking for the homepage graphics to be as good or better as the following screenshots: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] What I envision on the homepage would be similar to the first link listed however it would be more poker related. Before accepting any bids I will need to see examples of your work. I am looking for a first class site. I am looking to have this project completed within two weeks.
