316905 Easy Website Design (1 page)

Hi there, need an easy but very professional website (only 1 page). Header, footer, body. Must serve as first page and inside page as well. Must be done as psd file. Easy layout, main target is to have it very "luxurious / shiny" looking! Colors dark blue , text white (you select the font), maybe gold for borders. Inside 2 optin boxed and some text (I provide the text!) Will provide an example on request. Rgds, Florian.
