Recipe Website design and implementation

I am looking for a basic website to be designed where visitors can upload their recipes, photos and videos and articles into certain categories. I'm looking for something simple, user friendly, somewhat clean but containing advertising (affiliate, google adsense, etc.) that generates some revenue (The advertising CAN NOT be bots. It can only be white hat and must strictly adhere to Google's terms of service.) - It needs to be professional looking. - You will be responsible for design and installation, SEO, Adsense optimization, logo design. - The site can be a pre-fabricated site or Word Press based - A detailed and precise overview plan must be submitted before beginning the project. - SEO optimized with keywords used frequently, domain name search. - SEO Marketing as required - IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU MUST STICK TO GOOGLE ADSENSE TOS; 100% - All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing - Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads, not be cluttered and unprofessional. - Must Be Adsense optimized - Have my Google Analytics plugin installed and linked to the same Google account as Adsense - Install the site on hosting. I'm thinking tab based (7 tabs total: 5 x categories, 1 x About, 1 x Contact) with a few sub categories within each tab. Nothing has to be overly fancy, just tidy. Advertising along the side and bottom. I am open to suggestions for many things. Down the road, I plan on having user profiles implemented where users' uploads can link to a very simple profile page and have a forum onsite. Not necessary for v1.0.
