Splice Website Design for CSS

This is a fairly simple project. I need to outsource this job because I just don't have the time to do it right now. I have a website already design in photoshop. I need it sliced up and made workable using only CSS. The entire design needs to be sliced and put back together ONLY in CSS. There can be no tables or other formatting used in the template file, everything must be on the CSS style sheet. I need this project done in one day and the budget is small due to the fact that it shouldn't take an experienced web developer that long to do this. I work for a technology firm which does a lot of web work so if I like you, we may be able to do more work in the future. PLEASE PROVIDE: Past websites you have designed entirely in CSS so I can see the structure you use. The chosen person must have a way to chat online (AIM, GOOGLE, ETC.)
