Website Refresh

I need a website refresh so to speak. The site in it's current form is not in line with the brand identity of the client. Vesna Kolenc is Real Estate Agent in the Greater Toronto Area. Selected freelancer will be given temporary FTP access to site and all work to be done and updated on my end, as I will need to show the end client (not me) the progress to make sure we are on the right track. Secondly I don't anticipate this will be a lot of work but I don't think this will be the type of job completed in a week. More like 2-4 weeks just due to all the communication involved and waiting for feedback. So please don't bid and expect this done and your money in a week. Now the site as it sits now needs to be more in tune with the brand identity that is her own. I have provided samples of some of her print material as that is her main identity we must try to carry over to her website. The website as it stands now consist's of 7 pages that all need to be updated with the new design. I don't want to change the way it functions or anything like that, this is more just presenting the content in a better manner. I would prefer to handle this mostly on the CSS aspect of site. Winning bidder must have experience in Webdesign CSS HTML PHP (for the contact page) I am providing some examples of her printed material for branding purposes.
