simple html landing page

I had a pro design a landing page in html that was installed in drupal, the client ha a few change to the layout and to the form - to the layout it is simpe things like make the picture border grey, for the form, things like make the first name and the terms and conditions checkbox mandatory. I need someone to make a few changes- like- making first name mandatory . The form asks people to submit a photo- and give their name, email and phone number- pretty simple- I can pay your hourly rate plus $100 upon completion, tomorrow morning.
