New Product Intro Campaign

I have a new product and new web site. The site is made in Dreamweaver, and is OK. Mainly I want to get traffic to the site. I want help from others who know how to drive traffic to my site. I want to be respectful of others, and no spam, or rude techniques. But I believe others can help me with perhaps: - search engine optimization - promotions - social networking links - discount coupons - free advertising or whatever you suggest. If you do modify my web site, I require exclusive ownership and copyright license to all work done. I want to start small, with small increments, and see what you do and test results. I will add more increments if I like what you do and see results. I may award to multiple offerors. If you have other suggestions, suggest them to me and I will consider them too.
