google adsense website min 30$/day

Hi, I'm looking for a very experienced professional that is an expert Google Adsense website creator and able to create an Adsense site that must generate AT LEAST $30 USD per day. SITE SHOULD PREFERABLY BE WORDPRESS The site must be fully operational with minimal intervention on my part. All practices should ensure that my account will be in good standing. Terms: - Write the SEO optimized content, fully configure and update the website as needed to continue generating at least the minimum long term. - Only WHITE HAT SEO Techniques. - You MUST follow google adsense rules and regulations. - Website/Adsense must have 100% Organic traffic clicks. no bots, automated or traffic exchanges, traffic buying/trading sites or paid services, NO Black Hat or Grey Hat techniques. - Do not use any illegal methods to drive traffic generate clicks on website. - No pharma, violence, gambling, adult related content as dictated by adsense rules - Site must generate income for the long term with AT LEAST $30 to $50 USD per day. - Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads - Unique organic traffic through search engines (no bots or traffic buy sites) - Must Be Adsense optimized - I can track the website with Google Analytics. I will fully pay the amount of bid ONLY AFTER: - All terms have been met successfully. - I see constant income in my Adsense account for three months. - I receive my Third payment cheque from google. I will also offer bonus's based on the sites performance as long as the user continues to maintain site. I am willing to pay 5% to 10% percentage bonus on all the cheques which reach or exceed the minimum amount targets month on month. - Tell me how you direct and increase traffic to the website.
