Joomla Website

I require someone to develop a small Joomla site from an already created design. I will provide the logo as well as the layout. The site consists of 8 pages, all will use the same template but with different written content and some additional features. I will supply a template that can be modified and the site can have standardised Joomla Components/Plugins/Modules. I will purchase additional ones where required. The tempalte i want to use: [login to view URL] I dont have a Joomla account yet. I need the developer to have a hosting service while developing the site. All pages require: • Top, horizontal menu bar with dropdown where applicable. • Breadcrumb • Logo • Footer with legal disclaimer and bottom menu In addition, some pages will also require: • News feed which I can update from Joomla backend • Additional written content • Linked Images • Contact form which sends to pre determined email address I will not be looking to excessive design project (Maybe just color scheme changes) but really just taking a good template and customize to create pages, forms and articles. Logo placement and other minor tasks may be required.
