I need a startpage for my internetbrowser (have to work with IE, Firefox, Safari and Chrome) with the following needs: Google Search (not for the site, regular Google search) Stylish design - feel free to try out what you like A big photo/logo/commercial space somewhat center in the page It should be easy to create 5-10 "Favorite links". The site is for personal use primarily, but the photo/commercial in the middle of the page is for an investment advisory service called "Coofie". I know the simplicity of a task like this to be under one hour work for the right person for the job. I could do it myself if I had the time and energy, but I am currently looking at oursourcing different tasks - therefore, if I'm satisfied with the work you provide and the price level, there are possibilities for more work.
