Expression Engine website designer - Spotless in Seattle

We are a start-up house cleaning company in Seattle called Spotless in Seattle. It is important that we come out from the very start with a professional image, one of a much bigger company than we are. To that end, we want to develop a clean design that promotes a legitimate, big company image. In our short time researching, we've come across websites designed using Expression Engine and are impressed by their overall look, and their simple, clean design. It is imperative that we have a custom look, not one of the often used templates on so many sites. We have a few examples of websites we'd like to emulate, so if you can work with us to design a custom look, then we would be more than glad to sit down and talk. We also need to incorporate a Pay Now button with which to accept customer payments, as well as real time scheduling, which allows our customers to look at our calendar and pick and time and date to schedule their house cleaning.
