Project Description:
The web site which allows clinic doctors to add information about each patient, edit it, delete.
Doctors also need to add/delete/edit medical information record about each patient's visit.
Medical record is a record of what desease/diagnose the patient have, what treatment is needed. One medical record can contain information about several deseases, and several treatments.
And function to print out the treatment receipt.
Doctors need to add/delete/edit information about each patient's analysis made, such as blood test etc.

There must be a database record for storing deseases and medicine names.
So when doctor add medical record to the patient, he can select needed desease/diagnose and treatment from the list (database).
If needed, doctor should be able to edit/add/delete records from the database records regarding deseases names and treatment names.

Multiuser system needed. Database needed to store all the data.
Secured Web site needed (https) with password and login authorization of each doctor.
Doctors can access web site from different places. Approx. amount of doctors is 5 people.
