E-Commerce Online Store

I want some one to design an ecommerce website (online store) for me. I have business logo and other basic things that i can provide. Features that i want: * Products divided into categories & sub categories. * Shopping Cart * Payment process - Paypal, Direct deposit in bank account & cheque Payment. * Capability to download complete product catalogue or individual product description page(if available). In back-end, i would like a SQL server database designed to make sure that i can maintain the site easily.
