Native OSX portal for web application

Requirements: -This application must run on OSX10.7 & 10.8 -You should have experience dealing with OSX, JSON data and video. If you do, this will be a straight-forward project. -When bidding on the project please give specific examples of similar work. The work should be done with Apple's SDK and we need commented source code with the final project. Project: The goal of the application is to display a custom styled JSON content stream natively on OSX. Custom styling settings are passed from a web application to the OSX app. You would not be responsible for the web application. We need a simple, one-window GUI program that: -Has an area for preferences that persist through closing the program. Preferences are: Content stream URL (data source) Output resolution Background color Must contain the Syphon server framework ([login to view URL]) Must be clearly commented throughout. The person who gets awarded this project will need to show an ability to understand the problem, develop a solution and give advice towards getting the best result.
