Cross Browser Compatibility - Wordpress

I have designed a new website that looks perfect in FireFox 3, but is completely broken in IE7 and IE8. I need someone urgently with good english, communication skills, Wordpress and CSS skills to get the site looking right across all the major web browsers, primarily IE7+ and Firefox3.0+. I am based in New Zealand, GMT+12, so the successful provider needs to be available to suit. We are wanting to launch the new site asap, it has been scheduled for June 1st 12NOON release. The site is a flash game portal on the front end and relatively normal blog backend using around 15 plugins, some customized. I need someone with exceptional experience and skill to get this patched up fast, I don't mind a few hacks to get it working for the launch, as we will continue to upgrade the site over the coming months.
