Create website to allow members to exchange used items with other members New users/Existing members should be able to: Register - create user name and password - agree T&Cs Sign in - retreive forgotten pasword List owned used items - upload pictures and quick item description Publish wish list of wanted items View available items for trade Request a trade to other member or accept/decline a trade from other member Remove - update listed items Refer a friend Contact us Pay fee when trade accepted or pay up front to gain trade credits (Paypal - Credit cards) Update trade completion (paid-posted-feedback) As website owner we should be able to: Gather and store members details Match potential trade between 2 members Alert members of trade request Remove items from listing when trade accepted and payment completed Look and feel very important UK based trades only Limited budget Please let me know your questions/comments or offers Thanks
