Talented web designer needed

I need a talented web designer to create several real estate templates for me. The right candidate must be reliable and able to deliver results quickly. If you meet my needs, you may create as many as 50 designs. My initial requirement is 5 designs, each with 5 pages. There's no budget attached to this; the scope of work you do will depend on your talent. If you bid, please let me know what you are attaching to your bid price. Please do not bid if you cannot provide real examples of your design work. I prefer you send me ONLY RELEVANT LINKS strictly related to my needs, or do not bid. Please do not refer me to your portfolio, ONLY RELEVANT LINKS needed! I am not looking for a description of your organization, only relevant work.
