Website Design - in RapidWeaver Only

For experienced designers on RAPIDWEAVER ONLY! I need a series of simple yet sophisticated websites to be designed (12 pages each). The websites themselves are simple in content however the look & design is incredibly important. The sites MUST be set up using/editing a RAPIDWEAVER THEME to allow for easy maintenance by myself in the future. Below are good examples of other RAPIDWEAVER based sites showing the look and feel I am hoping to achieve. The TOAST theme would be ideal in this case. All photographs / assets and main concept design will be supplied for the creation of the site. I am looking for someone with excellent Rapidweaver experience and can provide links to previous sites / work completed. Thank you
