I need a Reverse Auction Website made - repost

(Revised Job Posting) 9/18/13 I need a reverse auction website made Some of the features the website will need are: -Users being able to sign up for an account with username and password -User accounts will need to have a simple about me/info section -user feedback with 5 star system (similar to ebay) -A bidding system where users can place bids for "X" -The ability to make a post for "X", and then another user being able to search for "X" based on city/state ( similar to a popular classified ad website) -the posts users place on website should have capability to include an optional picture with the post(similar to a popular classified ad website) Once user searches for "X", a list of these posts needs to show up, and this list gives the user the ability to organize posts based on "A","B", or "C." It will need to include a search bar to filter results. This is the framework on which my website needs to be built on. I will need someone very experienced in coding to make this happen. Here's what I am looking for: -Someone who can do code work AND UI Design -Someone with a 5 star ranking -Someone who takes pride in their work and can deliver a great looking product! -This job needs to be completed in under 60 days.
