9 page web design using template monster template

CSS STATIC FULL SITE from templatemonster. Simple design. [login to view URL] Using Microsoft Expression Web is preferred, as that is the program i will use to do future additions. Index page (similar to the one at template monter...will need 3 lines of text added to the header) Services page (content page with 3 tables added to outline services) Services page will include 3 services and the addition of a paypal button and google checkout button will be added (simple copy/paste) Resources page (content page) Site Map page (Main body will be 8+ links) Contact Us page (similar to one at template monster) FAQ page (content page) Privacy policy page (content page) Terms and conditions page (content page) All written content will be provided. SEO code (meta tags, alt tag, H1 tag) will be provided. Have the design for the logo (not complex), but logo will need to be recreated in illustrator. Need 1 animated gif for 5 images for home page. Need rollover navigation (included in the template) for 7 topics. Simple contact form is included in the template on the contact us page. Would like to implement CAPTCHA if possible. I also have screenshots on how I would like the site laid out.
