I want someone with experience in designing website templates using plesk to provide me with 2 templates for my business in consultative investment. Only those experienced in using Plesk for windows need submit a pice. I will expect the designer to load the pages on the sitebuilder hosting purchased via dataflame and I wont pay until I have tested it within 5 days of loading. It wont be acceptable to use other Plesk templates....as the basis and just chabge colours. The desinger will also have to create the logo. During the design process I expect to be consulted so I can explain the business and the type of things .needed from the page layout. No flash is required - loading times are key, Other work will follow to do with this site
