Social Network Reader App

We are looking for a social network reader to be designed for the following mobile operating systems; Android, iOS 5&6, Smart TV App, Windows Mobile 8. The app needs to be designed with a simple user interface utilizing the easiest method to display multiple social media network sites. In addition the social network reader app must allow users to maintain a user page, setting page and view page. Our goal is to create a data scrubber to search and filter out combined desired information from various social media sites about what is going on currently with social network friends, groups and events physically on the street. This app will allow users to maintain there own landing page defined by social personality by creating a desired page type (personal, business, event, custom group, etc.). These defined pages will allow users to keep multiple profiles. Each profile will have the ability to post current information, track/share calendar schedule, upload photos/documents, direct message users and blog about events with their chosen groups, friends and family. Our desired App developer must have the ability to understand and communicate with a non-technical project manager. The developer must be educated and have experience in designing mobile applications with multiple pages including a database tied to multiple social network platforms. We are working on a strict timeline.
