Sound Playing iPhone App

I want to develop a iPhone App that plays recorded sound clips -- actually quotes from famous people. The user will be able to choose a Topic, and then a text list of quotes (or a short text summary of the quote) will appear. The user can then choose which quote to? play and listen to. I would like photographs (I will supply) to accompany the quotes, menus, and such. These photos might be to the side, above, below, or under the other material on the screen. I could not find one specific iPhone app to clone for this, but here are some examples of sound effect apps -- Sam's Remote <[login to view URL]> Roughly, the App would work like this... * Welcome screen with photo and text * Categories of quotes with appropriate photo and thumbnails * Category page with list of quotes and button to play them * Quote Playing Page - text of quote appears as quote plays. appropriate graphic * Random quote button -- on category page and home page I am not that familiar with app construction. Is it possble to have an admin? interface for updating the App with more photos and quotes?
