Facebook auto uploader for pictures

The application should look all the time of new records in Access db. The access DB will contain table with these fields - username&password of facebook, name of picture, share description and done/ not done boolean field. When there are new records it should upload the picture into the specific account - every picture to specific account - and mark it as "done". It should know to pass some dialog of facebook, and not create any problems with the account.
