SMS gateway software

I need custom SMS software to send SMS from desktop application through mobile phone. I'd prefer to use blackberry but we do have a couple of other options Samsung galaxy prevail, LG Rumor reflex, Samsung factor or Motorola theory. With blackberry I have used another program called "quicker sms" is works good, but it's missing a few options that I need in order to service 3rd party clients, so I need custom software built. See full description below.......under detailed requirements ## Deliverables to get an idea of what I need, I recommend that you download a couple of pieces of trial software, 1st one "Now SMS" also Ozeki NG SMS gateway and "Quicker SMS" Now SMS and Ozeki only allow GSM modems, not blackberry, I specifically need to be able to use blackberry or one of the other phones mentioned above. Here is a list of the functions that I need. 1) Sending SMS from desktop app to phone for sending to the carrier (SMSC). 2) The desktop app needs to allow me to set up "users" for 3rd party clients to be able to connect to this software via and SMPP connection. 3) I need to be able to issue users "credits" each sms they send is 1 credit. 4) a very basic local web interface for uploading large lists of mobile numbers for sending. (if you look at "now sms" web interface, I need a basic version of that) where the web interface is hosted on my local server and port. I will also be connecting this software to my website on a seperate server to allow clients to login to my website and send SMS via the website. The website is already being worked on by another person. 5) Process incoming SMS and route SMS to the appropriate user based on who sent a message to that mobile number. 6) I want to connect multiple phones for sending/receiving, possibley 36 phones on 1 machine. So each phone will show a status sending/receiving and I need to be able to assign a specific phone to a specific user. Some users may need to have multiple phones assigned to them. This is for routing purposes. Example phone 1,2,3 all inbound/outbound traffic is for user1 only and phone 4,5 for user2 only and so on. 7) I need a table to view and setup users, the viewable data should be outbound queue and stats like how many credits they have available, # of SMS sent/received, inbox for received messages, something similar to ozeki sms gateway if you add a user there, you will see what I need. 8) delivery reports. Clients need delivery reports, they want to know if their SMS was delivered successfully or not, we need to send reports via the smpp connection to the 3rd party clients and also have reports stored on the web interface for clients review. Those are the main functions, there may be a few more small things I need added. First I'd like to see a working demo of the software, test it out and see what we're missing if anything. any questions, please ask.
