30493 Flash Slide Show

Need comprehensive flash slide show with professional appeal. Must have artistic talent, person without artistic background need not apply, such will become quickly obvious. I am looking for a talent who is an excellent communicator, responsive, uses MSN IM, will provide what is promised in timely manner. Excessive delays will not be acceptable. Below is a link to the current effort, but not good enough. Want to start over from scratch. Need to be able to control almost everything with XML. The current project also has numerious bugs and developer simply doesn't put himself into it. The project is not done until it is perfect.
