Magazine creating project

We want to have a magazine maker web portal based on articles submissions. Users can select submitted articles to be aggregated in order to compose a downloadable PDF magazine. Please see attachment for a more detailed view. I will provide a detailed project description later on. Selection criteria : - Deadline : we need this as quickly as possible (you can create a team of freelancers to do so) - Template : you must submit a modern, attractive and simple home page template - Budget - Positive feedback on this site. We will need you to select a good hosting provider you are used to and to install a turnkey website on it.
