Experienced Web Developer/Designer is required to manage, maintain and develop our existing business website. Our portal is developed in ASP.net, uses MSSQL and XML feeds to produce a database driven website. The website has not been optimised, so we are looking for someone with good SEO skills. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and developing professional websites from concept to completion. Requirements: • Strong front end design, navigation and build skills as well as very good graphic design skills • Strong back end functionality coding skills • Advanced ASP.net and MSSQL skills a must • Strong SEO skills • English (fluent) The site requires regular updating Regular Improvements on the design Regular Improvements on the on-site SEO Generally making sure the site runs smoothly You must be able to be quick to reply and act to resolve any problems The first task that needs to be undertaken is SEO. The candidate needs to show that they have the expertise to review the site and suggest and document changes that will improve the UK Google ranking. Proven experience and success within the arena of SEO is required. Only white hat methods will be tolerated. You will also be required to develop and implement digital marketing strategies. The website domain is 4 years old. Please bid a price for 10 hours of work and provide us with links to 1) websites you have developed and 2) sites you have optimised. Candidates that do not provide proof of their experience will be ignored. If interested, please provide proof of experience. We work on a small budget and are looking to work on about $10/hr. All work will be reviewed and approved before payment is made.
