Install Amazon Web Services Camera Search

I am trying to implement the following application in our Amazon Web Services Beta account: [login to view URL] The Amazon interface uses Bash. The Camera Search itself requires the Imagemagick and Rmagick libraries and the Amazon S3 Library for REST in Ruby to be installed. I require a developer competent in Bash & Ruby to implement this CIS -exactly- as described on the linked page. Our end goal is to consume the XML from this application from ASP .NET. Currently it -seems- like we have everything installed properly, however when we queue the job on Amazon it fails. It is very important that you as the developer know what you are doing as every hour of CPU time using the Amazon Web Service costs $1. We will grant you access to our account with the explicit permission to use it only to fix this application, in the shortest amount of time/least resources consumed as possible. Once again, this application is basically completely installed, I just require someone competent to find out why it's failing and correct it.
