Simple Excel Macros VBA Programming

Please see attached Excel file for better understanding of what needs to be done. I need Excel macro(s) to do the following: [login to view URL] multiple rows from the table if the value on column E is not the same with the user input (i.e. "T27/01/12") [login to view URL] the total Cash and Cheque payments on the bottom of the table accordingly since some rows might have been deleted thus changing the total for both payments I've also attached the data in XML format just in case you would rather work with XML format as long as it can be converted to Excel with the same format as the Excel data file. I'm open to suggestions if there is any other ways to do it besides using Excel macro / vba but like I said above that the final result has to be in Excel format.
