441169 Zen Cart addon- Delivery time selection added to shipping pa

The project I am taking bids for today is for the open source shopping cart Zen Cart. My site is used for a local, on demand, delivery service. We are open from 7 PM-5 AM. I would like to have a drop down box that the customers can choose a time to have their items delivered. I would like it to be dependent upon the current time. For example, if the time is between 7 PM and 7:30 PM, I would like to have the earliest time to be 8 PM. If our store is not open, I would like for them to be able to choose from any time between 7 PM and 5 AM. I would also like it to be mandatory to choose a time if the store is closed, but not mandatory if the store is open. This information will also need to be saved in the SQL database with the order, and inserted into the email received by both the customer and the store. Please ask questions before bidding if you are unsure of the assignment. Prior Zen cart experience is required to bid on this project. I have some experience with coding, and would like for the code to be submitted to me, and I will place it in the correct file myself, as to keep the security of my website intact. Thank you
