Diablo II LOD closed dupe or method

Hi, I need a dupe program for the game Diablo II LoD that works on closed battle.net. I will not resell the program to anyone. Please post what you have to offer, requirements are pretty large, as long as you have something interesting to offer I will be interested. (I dont need any user-friendly crap) 100-1000$ is my budget range, and I might consider a bonus depending how well this turns out. If you dont know this game and try to do it, plz dont post here.
