Looking to learn SEO/traffic and site monetizing

Hello, I am just jumping in the online marketing/making money online arena and i am looking for somebody extremely experienced to build an income producing site (earning at the very least $1 to $2) and teach me along I am definitely opened to the possibility of profit sharing. Revenues could be generated from adsense, clickbank, amazon affilates or any other affilates combination. I have seen a lot of post of people here looking to build sites generating at least $10 a day and i have observed many bids posted on those jobs. My question here is this: If a coder can produce a website making $10-$15 a day why would he/she not build a multitude of those for himself instead of deciding to lend his services on freelancer ... food for thought .... So i am somewhat skeptical as far as finding what i need from this site but it would be nice if i were proven wrong ... For the requirements: - You must have experience in on line marketing (SEO, copy writing, link building ....) and generating revenues on line (through adsense or any other affiliate service) and be able to prove it (actions speak louder than words... providing examples of previous projects is a must as well as income proof) - Be a good communicator I am looking for something that would be easy to maintain (no more than 1 hour of work per day) and also custom built with original content. Only white hats methods will be considered not looking for anything that will raise a red flag and get me banned some adsense. Not interest into gambling, porn or anything else against adsense paypal/TOS. The goal here is to develop a sustainable income so i m looking for something that will be income producing for a while as result money will only be paid out after the site has generated the agreed amount for a specific period of time (to be agreed upon between coder and me) Be very clear in terms of what you are proposing.
