Topic icons for website - repost

Creating a legal site offering information about tenancy law and all the issues in this area. (Worpress) I wish to create a front page with 9 icons. One for each main topic the visitor can seek information about. The Icon will consist of an illustration and the subject. I ask you to create 3x3 icons where I am able to add non-graphic text. So the illustration will be in the background of the table cell, and I will add the text. I suggest the following illustrations: 1) MISSING RENT - Suggested illustration: "Man with empty pockets" 2) RENT SIZE - Suggested illustration: "Stables of coins on a scale" 3) BUYING AND SELLING - Suggested illustration: "Two men shaking hands" 4) DAMAGES - Suggested illustration: "Damaged window" 5) MOVING IN AND OUT - Suggested illustration: "Moving truck" 6) TERMINATING LEASE - Suggested illustration: "A contract being tarred apart" 7) RECONSTRUCTION - Suggested illustration: "Bricklayer" 8) MAINTENANCE - Suggested illustration: "Painter" 9) WATER, HEAT AND ELECTRICITY - Suggested illustration: "Water tap" I'm open to suggestions, but keep it simple, not to many colors, maybe grey, black and white, like stick-man icons.
