Install Dolphin and Bedework calendar on site - repost 2

I need an initial phase of installing two open source solutions, Dolphin from BoonEx and Bedework calendar on a single site. Phase two would be some software development work to link the two databases together. This offer is for phase 1 only and interest in phase 2 which can be discussed separately. I attempted to do it, and have done it in the past on another site, but cannot devote anymore time to figuring it out. As mentioned there would likely be followup work for those interested. I awarded it the first time to Yashpal Singh ([login to view URL]), but apparently he doesn't want to go through as promised even though he got paid. I learned a valuable lesson.
