we need what is basically a fairly complicated drag and drop web application which also allow a sort of shopping cart to add up costs made in flash/actionscript. graphics would be provided. I have uploaded a very brief pdf summary of the idea required. the part on last page where i say that the diagram needs to be emailed may not be technically possible so there may be other ways you can sugest to create desired result
