Germany Email Lists

I'm looking to create a B2B marketing campaign for advertising space at high profile sports events that are televised in Germany. Our focus is the German market so we're looking for direct email contacts /addresses for decision makers - Marketing or Managing Directors across Germany. Ideally you will also be able to send the list and payment will be made based on the deliverability / open results you are able to obtain. No untested lists are of interest. Be prepared to back your claims up. Scrapers etc are also of interest if they can get direct emails from business databases for large German companies.
