Financial Forecast & Procurement Management Tool in Excel for small Ecommerce Company

Hello, im Martin, founder of the German company Störtebekker Shaving Accessories. We are selling Shaving Products on Amazon and soon on our Onlineshop. We are sourcing the majority of our products from Asia. As revenues and product range increases, the planning of cashflows and buying new inventory becomes more and more crucial. Unfortunately my expertise doesnt lay in the field of finance specially creating Forecasting Models. Therefore we are searching someone who is experienced in this field and can create a relibale forecasting model which is hands on to use. As we are still rather small and dont have a huge budget we dont need a high end forecasting tool used in corporates, but it should precisely forecast cashflows and order points. It needs to show when we will have how much cash and should display multiple scenarios. Also it must include the possibility to manage the inventory procurement management. We need to see when we need to place a new order to have the goods in stock in time. To give you an overview we made around 200.000€ revenue in 2019 with 4 products. I will give you the data and numbers you will need. If you know German thats a plus, because the income statement that I receive from my tax accountant is in German.
