Flash Header

I need a Flash Header created from the attached image file. You can use the logo image for your design basis, and I would like to use the Eagle head as part of the flash movie, maybe some kind of tracing effect. The rest of the movie is up to you. I do like the current layout/arrangement of the logo, but feel free to impress me with your creativity. I also like how sharp the details are. The movie must not be too busy as this header will be present on all of the site’s pages.
