google ads website

Greetings, I am getting into the google ads program to run ads on my websites. Should be an easy project and will need programing on site. Similar site I like is [login to view URL] and will want the same format but in a different area(will email you the domain name in private). I would like a great back end where I can have full control of site, customize wording about company, upload a logo, and all the goodies! ( I could be keeping the same format and be forming new websites from this template and using my domain names.) Would love to see backend to show me realtime users, unique vistors, clicks, amount of users at one time and would like dollar amounts showing up by google per click. Then this data can email my personal email address every hour. Need a great logo, web person, hosting prefer(I can host at [login to view URL]) if you do not offer hosting, someone that has done any google ads on sites and ONLY WANT A WEB COMPANY IN THE TOP 10. I had been burned a couple years ago in paying in advance with very questionable work. I will only pay for quality work, when job is done, hosted and google has to approve of the site. I will pay 2 to 4 weeks after job is completed, site is done and I am getting traffic and clicks to site. I will need an expert SEO person on this and with lots of links, keyworks, mega tags into this. I look forward to establish a relationship with a great company, great communication and we are on same visions with ethical SEO, honest work and you will be rewarded with a bonus based on perfomace, seo and webdesign.
