I'm looking for a Comic/Cartoon artist to create 10 cartoons based on my ideas.
One cartoon is a two image cartoon, so 11 images to paint. I will deliver the ideas, describe
the scene in written form and the artist has to illustrate it.

I need the full copyrights on the final work. File format to deliver is either Illustrator AI or
300DPI Photoshop PSD files, suitable for printing.
