Promotional web site

We want a membership web site where people can sign up for a membership card then receive emails to promote offers and or visit teh web site to view/access offers. We see the required functions as follows: 1. Member registration a. from the sign up page and using LinkedIn*1 b. Or click a link from an invite email 2. Update profile info not already populated by LinkedIn a. Normal stuff like company name, address etc. b. We also want to capture some marketing information such as industry type, number of employees, etc to use for issuing mail shots – see *2 below) c. Express some preferences by clicking boxes for topics that interest them (such as travel, restaurants, movies, conferences, etc. For now let’s say 30 boxes). 3. Membership number auto allocated (membership number also will be the 16 digit card number) 4. We’ll also need the normal change / remind password function. 5. Members will also be able to access the ‘members only promotion pages’ 6. Mail shot function – see *2 below 7. Set up promotions (web site admin function) - Add promotions a. Title b. Banner headline c. Explanation text d. How to access promotion text e. Photograph f. Web site g. Email h. Phone number i. Date added j. Category box (relates to member preference box) 9. Edit / remove promotions 10. Issue promotional e-shots to members using profile and preferences to filter recipients Notes *1 - Our site is a closed group requiring a membership number and so to start with it will only be accessible to people who are in a specific LinkedIn Group (via their LinkedIn account - see: [login to view URL] ), or from an invite email with a click-able link. *2 - We need a mail shot function that can be separated out by selecting from the profile information and preferences. For example a. Mail out to all members that have clicked the restaurants preference. b. Mail out to all members that have clicked the restaurants preference, the movies preference, the conference preference that have more than 50 employees. *3 - The membership details will need to be downloadable including membership start date. This will allow us to print and send the membership cards.
