Updated Wordpress Theme-Facebook & Twitter Plugin Install

We are looking for someone who knows Wordpress very well and has feedback to convince us of this!! We have a self hosted Wordpress blog and we need a theme to match our website. We also need either one or two plugins that will automatically update our facebook and twitter pages, when we submit our blogs. The update must be to our Facebook business page not our wall. We will pm you with our website url. This is a very small project, so please do not try to charge us the earth for it!! We look forward to hearing from you.
