I need a site which uses the torrent technology to stream files (online streaming site but using torrents) -user should be able to watch the movie without have to wait till the movie finsih download or they can choose to download -Resume playback so if the user stops watching when they come back they can watch where they left off just like netflix -Available to stream the file directly in their smart tv (ex: [login to view URL]) -we might need to add seeding servers so, when a user uploads a torrent file it downloads and seed
