Simple guide application development- Iphone, Android

Descripion of application: Simple guide application with a couple of build-in lists, standards view, pictures, geo-location and call. Application should have a possibility to: - show progress bar, - show advertisement from a list of pictures (monthly rotatation), - show list of objects (restaurants,etc) (iphone/andorid list), - show icon view (main view is similar to regular iphone icon view), - show position on the google map of given object (connect to internet and show current position), - show gallery with pictures of given object (pictures are build-in), - go to given object web page, - play build-in sound, - change language in application, - add to bookmark option (objects that user likes), - read data from build-in .txt/.xml like files - i'don't know what kind of format is used there, but data about object should be easy updatable. Description of the screens (up to 10 different views): - loading page - with progress bar and adverisement from a picture list, - main view - (ordered picture icons, like in iphone), - given object list view - a simple list with icons on near the text on the right, - given object view - a phone number, a geolocation (should go to google maps) link, a web page link, a description of the object, optionally - gallery with pictures, clickable object logo (to the web page), play sound. - header - on the top there should be a header with option to show buttons like previous, next - footer - on the bottom there shoule be a footer with four (4) icons: bookmark, settings, help, history - bookmark - when clicked given view is saved to 'my bookmarks' list - settings - application setting, language change, access to internet switch, etc, sound switch, - help - shor info how to use application, web page, etc - history - like in the web browser - there should be a list with views which was already seen by user with visit date, Communication language: - english Rights: - full copyright Payments terms: - milestones Payments method: - paypal, bank transfer There is an interaction design created in PDF file. I need a good quality development and some expert advice about what is possible or not, based on prepared IxD.
