Help to finish an mobile App and load to apple store and other platforms

Hi I am developing for our internal secure php website usage ([login to view URL]) a webapp solution with [login to view URL] studio ([login to view URL]), to be used as an iPhone, Android and Windows mobile app, but do not have the skills in java script coding and phonegap to make the usability and the development of an webapp accessible in apple store and at google android store. Here is my forum request ([login to view URL]) for help. Problems need to be solved: - check internet connect and show message if not possible - full screen browser display User Interface usage with full user and browser controll - not to be logged out by clicking internal links on the secure website - local user data storage on device with resync on startup - include to store notes on the device - include to view google map location and to be able to plan a route e.g to an address or hotel to choose - push notivications when messages come in - local locaction display with google maps usage - Test and Upload the finale app version by using our apple developer account details to Apple store For testing use my actual template and bookmark on your device.
