Conversation Recording

Is there any way we can make app that automatically records all calls, but after the call is over the app prompts the user to save or erase the phone call he just had? And everytime he connects phone to computer, all calls sync to a folder within itunes so the hard drive space on phone is not overloaded? Is that possible?
