3000 Signups Needed

I need 3000 Signups for my free program. I need someone to promote my program. I'm looking for real people who will be active users. They must be real users with a valid email and use their real information when signing up on the site. NO FAKES, IP changers or proxies. They must confirm email and complete at least one free or free trial offer to be considered a signup. This program offer people money just for filling out free offers, and pays any member who signs up a signup bonus, so it will be easier to promote. Please only bid if you are serious about doing this project, and know how to get signups. I'm not looking for SEO, I'm looking for someone who knows how to market programs and get referrals. I will pay half upon the completion of 500 signups, and the other half when finished. Lower bids will be considered first and may get hired on the spot. I'm not paying upfront and no milestones.
