Bulk Email System

We are looking for an expert in Bulk Email Marketing with INTERSPIRE. You provide all servers and order all extra IPs required to support sending of 750,000 emails per day Ideally you have your own email servers or know how to set one up for bulk emails. We want someone who is experienced in setting up an email server (using Interspire) that is able to handle: - at least 750,000 emails per day - should be able to use multiple rotating IP addresses (Minimum 100) - optimize MySQL Server for operations with Interspire Email Marketer - the use of multiple SMTP servers must be supported - the use of multiple IP addresses and domain names (you purchase domains. They must be sensible names, not jibberish) - setup of maximum emails processed per SMTP per hour must be supported - Inbox must have a high rate We are CAN-SPAM compliant but our lists is a purchased list. We sell Real Estate related products and services to North American Realtors so our messaging is highly relevant BUT we do get the occasional complaint. We are looking for a solution that wont shut us down due to complaints and if the IP is blacklisted then they can provide us with additional rotating IPs. You have to remove the blacklisted IPs. You are responsible for all domain and IP Please bid only if you have experience in this and know what is involved in setting up an email server with rotating IPs. Your Bid is for 1 Month included the full System, your Work and Service. We will consider a smaller scale system proof of concept where we can thoroughly test the environment before scaling it upwards and taking it live. Payment Terms are: 50% when system is delivered 25% after 2 day test period and balance in 7 days from system delivery.
